: In dermatology, patients with nodosum leprosum and discoid lupus erythematosus are benefited by clofazi-mine therapy. Its use in other autoimmune diseases has to be considered. Patients with lupus pernio may respond to this regime, but further prolonged trials will have to be undertaken.
