Canonical quantization of supersymmetric second-order systems

The canonical quantization of systems described by Lagrangians containing second-order time derivatives of both even and odd variables is developed. It is shown that a correct application of Dirac's method eliminates the ambiguity of different quantized versions associated with the same superclassical dynamics.
