Notes:
The general theoretical-experimental method recently formulated for investigating dynamic properties of slow-orientational anisotropic ESR hyperfine centers under orientational diffusion is applied to normal nitroxide radicals with14N(I=1). This application permits the determination of slow-orientational correlation times, motional inhomogeneous linewidths, and temperature-dependent hyperfine coupling constants from the first- and second-derivative peak positions of nitroxide ESR hyperfine structures in polycrystalline-amorphous condensed matter.
