fussnote Radiochemically pure^1^1^3^mIn was prepared for an accurate determination of its half-life. The gamma rays were counted by a NaI scintillation spectrometer. The decay curves showed single component characteristics for more than 20 hr, i.e. 13 half-lives. As a result, the half-life of^1^1^3^mIn was found to be 99.3 +/- 0.2 min, which is lower than any of the values previously reported.
