By stripping off the surface shell of the YBa"2Cu"3O"7 single crystals, the diamagnetic signal reduced very much and the ''semiconducting'' behavior in normal state resistance was enhanced. The results are consistent with a picture where superconducting twin boundaries are formed in the bulk semiconducting matrix. |
