Zusammenfassung Es wird über in bisher 8 Fällen im Stroma solid-cystischer Basaliome beobachtete regressive Gefäßwandveränderungen berichtet, die teilweise zu gänzlichem Schwund auch der Endothelauskleidung geführt haben. An derartigen Stellen können epitheliale Tumorformationen auch ohne infiltratives Wachstum die Wand noch durchströmter Blutgefäße bilden. Die Befunde werden im Hinblick auf ihre mögliche Bedeutung für die Ausnahmefälle einer Metastasierung nicht „verwilderter“ Basaliome diskutiert.

Summary Eight cases of vascular wall degeneration within the stroma of solid-cystic basaliomas are reported. Partially, in some cases vascular walls were vanished totally.
