Zusammenfassung Chromatographisch (Ionenaustausch, Papierchromatographie, Dünnschichtchromatographie und Hochspannungselektrophorese) wird nach enzymatischer Hydrolyse von nativem und denaturiertem Wolle-Keratin ε(γ-Glutamyl)-lysin und ε(β-Aspartyl)-lysin identifiziert und so die in Proteinen postulierte anomale Peptidverknüpfung nachgewiesen.
