Die Hormonbestimmungen ergaben die Diagnose eines primären Hypogonadismus. Wegen des Verdachts auf ein Klinefelter-Syndrom wurde eine Chromosomenanalyse durchgeführt. Es fand sich eine XX-Konstellation bei fehlendem Y-Chromosom (46,XX-Karyotyp). Männer mit 46,XX-Karyotyp tragen meist eine Translokation des geschlechtsdeterminierenden Gens (SRY-Gen=sex determining region of Y) vom Y- auf ein X-Chromosom, die auch bei unserem Patienten nachgewiesen wurde.Type of Medium: Electronic ResourceURL:
