For aliphatic salts the parent-like ion [M-anion]+ proved to be the most abundant secondary ion under bombardment by 3 keV-argon ions. Aromatic groups causedm/e=[M-anion-1]+ to be the strongest peak and formation of clusters of this ion with target atoms.Notes: Zusammenfassung Auf Edelmetalle aufgebrachte dünne Filme einer Reihe von Ammoniumsalzen wurden mit der SIMS unter statischen Bedingungen untersucht. Unter Beschuß mit Argonionen von 3 keV erwies sich bei aliphatischen Salzen meist das Quasi-Molekülkation [M-Anion]+ als häufigstes Sekundärion. Die Anwesenheit aromatischer Reste führte zum/e=[M-Anion-1]+ als intensivstem Peak sowie zu Komplexen dieses Ions mit dem Basismetall.Type of Medium: Electronic ResourceURL: -

The structure and the contents of such a concept must fit to a scope of application as wide as possible. On the one hand a strongly specialized form of a design concept, as in the microelectronics field, is not possible or useful here, on the other hand a much too generalized concept will bring problems in the practical application. The following contribution tries to show a possible solution for this very complex problem. In form of a design-flow-diagram there is given a step-by-step description of the various points, that are necessary for a microsystem design process. Die Analysenlinien, die experimentellen Bedingungen, die Auswertemethode und die praktischen Bestimmungsgrenzen werden angegeben.Notes: Summary When using a high resolution monochromator with a well adopted evaluation method, the direct determination of 27 trace elements in pure tungsten can be performed by sequential ICP-AES without matrix separation or enrichment operations.
