    Summary Thin films consisting of ammonia salts on precious metals were studied by the method of static SIMS. For aliphatic salts the parent-like ion [M-anion]+ proved to be the most abundant secondary ion under bombardment by 3 keV-argon ions. Aromatic groups causedm/e=[M-anion-1]+ to be the strongest peak and formation of clusters of this ion with target atoms.

    Zusammenfassung Auf Edelmetalle aufgebrachte dünne Filme einer Reihe von Ammoniumsalzen wurden mit der SIMS unter statischen Bedingungen untersucht. Unter Beschuß mit Argonionen von 3 keV erwies sich bei aliphatischen Salzen meist das Quasi-Molekülkation [M-Anion]+ als häufigstes Sekundärion. Die Anwesenheit aromatischer Reste führte zum/e=[M-Anion-1]+ als intensivstem Peak sowie zu Komplexen dieses Ions mit dem Basismetall.

    Abstract The design of microsystems is, because of the enormous variety of possible components and materials, and therefore of very high complexity within the whole system, a problem, that can only be solved with a continuous design concept [1] [2] [3]. The structure and the contents of such a concept must fit to a scope of application as wide as possible. On the one hand a strongly specialized form of a design concept, as in the microelectronics field, is not possible or useful here, on the other hand a much too generalized concept will bring problems in the practical application. The following contribution tries to show a possible solution for this very complex problem. In form of a design-flow-diagram there is given a step-by-step description of the various points, that are necessary for a microsystem design process. As a result, a complete concept, is shown that leads the designer from the customer's demands through the fictive microsystem to the pilot series.

    Zusammenfassung Durch Einsatz eines hochauflösenden Monochromators mit einer geeigneten Auswertemethode können 27 Spurenelemente im Reinwolfram direkt durch sequentielle ICP-AES ohne Matrixabtrennung oder Anreicherungsschritte bestimmt werden. Die Analysenlinien, die experimentellen Bedingungen, die Auswertemethode und die praktischen Bestimmungsgrenzen werden angegeben.

    Summary When using a high resolution monochromator with a well adopted evaluation method, the direct determination of 27 trace elements in pure tungsten can be performed by sequential ICP-AES without matrix separation or enrichment operations. Analytical lines, experimental conditions, the method of evaluation and limits of determination are given.
