    Sommario Vengono descritti e studiati 30 pazienti con morbo di Parkinson con la TC e i tests neuropsicologici. I risultati mostrano lo scarso interesse dei dati tomografici per quanto riguarda il deficit cognitivo in corso di malattia di Parkinson. I tests che riguardano l’intelligenza, la memoria visiva/verbale e le abilità visuomotorie mostrano invece la loro rilevanza. I Pazienti Parkinson con decadimento cognitivo sembrano far parte di un sottogruppo in cui i disordini di tipo motorio-acinetico e i deficit nella deambulazione sono prominenti.

    Abstract 30 patients with Parkinson disease were investigated with computed tomographic (CT) scanning and neuropsychological tests. The CT data proved to be of scant interest whereas tests of intelligence, verbal and visual memory and visuomotor abilities were all informative. Parkinsonian patients with cognitive impairment seem to constitute a separate group in which akinesia and gait disturbances predominate.
