High-resolution gel-electrophoresis of DNA and subsequent hybridization revealed new details of the organization of 5S DNA both in wheat and barley. The in situ hybridization of the cloned 5S gene with triploid endosperm nuclei also suggests that these genes are located in a single locus.Type of Medium: Electronic ResourceURL:
