Kupfer und Nickel mit Hilfe von Diallyldithiocarbamidohydrazin als Fällungsreagens werden beschrieben. Die Trennungen lassen sich durch Einhaltung bestimmter PH-Werte erzielen.
    Abstract:

Multiple-tunnel-junction-based nonvolatile single-electron-memory devices are promising for fast write/erase operation and long retention time. Fabrication of multiple-tunnel junctions with a predetermined number of barriers and islands is a major problem in realizing such devices. We have fabricated multiple-tunnel-junction-based single-electron devices by an electron-beam direct writing technique in a silicon-on-insulator layer. Using this technique, it is possible to fabricate multiple ultrasmall islands and tunnel barriers at a predetermined position, which is very important for reproducible device characteristics. Single-electron-memory devices based on multiple-tunnel junctions are fabricated. In these devices, a multiple-tunnel junction connects the gate electrode and a storage island. The Coulomb blockade across the multiple-tunnel junction acts as an energy barrier. Single-electron-memory operation is observed at 20 K. Retention time of at least 4 h has been observed. © 1999 American Institute of Physics.

Exact analytic solutions for low-lying states of the O(N) invariant sextic anharmonic oscillator are presented. The exact results are compared with Gaussian approximations and general 1/N expansions.

    Notes:
This study was performed in 32 ASA I patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy under general anaesthesia, using absorption of 1% ethanol as a marker to monitor irrigation fluid absorption. Various parameters of fluid absorption were studied and compared, including irrigation fluid volume, irrigation time, total volume of irrigation fluid absorbed and the rate of irrigation. The amount of irrigant used vs. the volume absorbed and the volume absorbed vs. total irrigation time were observed. Fluid absorption occurred in 78% of patients, and 28% absorbed volumes in excess of 1 l. The mean volume of fluid absorbed was 696.7 ml. The maximum fluid absorption was observed when the irrigation fluid volume, total irrigation time and irrigation rate exceeded 10 l, 30 min and 200 ml.min−1, respectively. In conclusion, this study has shown 1% ethanol to be a safe, simple and cost-effective marker of fluid absorption during percutaneous nephrolithotripsy associated with minimal adverse effects.

    Notes:
: We studied the synergistic effect of surfactants on aeration characteristics and long-term stability of aerated mesophase. It was observed that bubble size and volume of air incorporated (overrun) depend to a small extent on the dynamic film tension and to a greater extent on the viscosity of the mesophase, both properties being functions of surfactant chemistry and concentration. The overrun of the aerated product decreased over time due to the diffusive transport of air to the atmosphere, leading to its destabilization. The relative rate of destabilization of the aerated mesophase (as function of surfactant composition) has been correlated with the diffusion rate of air from the bulk to the surface.
