Closed multiresource queueing systems with controllable priorities

Abstract The paper investigates a closed queue model with controllable priorities in which the customers require a random number of channels simultaneously. A technique for aggregation of phase space states is proposed, reducing the dimension of the problem. Numerical examples are presented.
